DATITUDE THREADS A NEW DEAL: OUR DATA PARTNERSHIP WITH CREW CLOTHING COMPANY & ITS SISTER BRANDS

We’re over the moon to announce a new data partnership with Crew Clothing Company, a leading smart casual lifestyle brand, renowned for timeless clothes inspired by the British coast.

Crew Clothing Company has embarked on a multi-year strategic IT transformation programme to deliver the best possible experiences for its customers and to improve operational efficiencies. Already underway is the replacement of legacy technology with a range of best-in-class systems and applications including;
Retail247’s Origin (product platform) and Archean (stock management platform)
BigCommerce (ecommerce)
PMC’s Graphene (store POS).
Crew Clothing has now selected Datitude's award-winning managed data platform as the right middleware to connect, integrate and unify data across its core systems, and power its reporting requirements. It means Crew will benefit from:
well-orchestrated data flows across its business
de-duped, enriched and validated data
curated, clean and complete data stored in a central data repository
extensive data modelling and a single source of the truth across the business.
Datitude’s platform will also power accurate and automated feeds of sales transactions between channels and Workday Financials to enable better, business-wide reporting and insights.
Platform users will be able to use Datitude’s proprietary Application and its Excel Add-in to access all data, including a comprehensive suite of retail BI, automated reports and advanced analytics.

Crew Clothing’s IT transformation programme is expanding to its sister companies - Ben Sherman, Pringle of Scotland and Saltrock, as part of the group’s plans to adopt common systems, streamline integrations and simplify data architectures. It means Datitude’s platform is being deployed across these brands too.
This will help reduce the complexity and cost of systems integrations and fragmented data whilst having the right functionality to deliver the best possible customer experiences.
