For a second consecutive year Datitude has been shortlisted for a whopping FIVE awards in the Retail Systems Awards 2025. Organised by Retail Systems, these awards celebrate excellence and innovation in the retail sector.

Here’s a summary of the awards we’ve been shortlisted for and why.
Data & Analytics Company of the Year
This award is for companies creating the missing link between retail and customer data, using technology in new and innovative ways to help brands cut costs, target promotions, sell more products, and maintain customer loyalty. As the most complete, managed data platform for modern commerce, it’s the perfect category for Datitude and we were proud winners of this category in 2024.
Omnichannel Solution of the Year
Datitude’s platform does exactly what it says on the tin! This category is for an omnichannel solution that understands the issues faced by retailers and improves their entire approach to omnichannel - whether that be in terms of seamless customer experience, easy deployment of back-end systems across all operations, or the ability to gather and analyse business data from all areas of the business in a single, holistic way.
We were honoured to win the Retail Systems Omnichannel Solution of the Year Award in 2024 in partnership with our client Piglet in Bed.
Omnichannel Technology Vendor of the Year
This award recognises a technology vendor excelling across channels, implementing innovative technology with retailers, both on and offline, to improve the overall efficiency of omnichannel operations. Need we say more?!
Technology Project of the Year – Datitude x QSA Partners & WEFT
Our entry showcases an extraordinary, fashion-industry-wide initiative; the ground-breaking EPR (extended producer responsibility) Sandbox project. The brainchild of QSA Partners and WEFT, and powered by Datitude’s technology and data expertise, it’s rewriting the script on how technology can future-proof an intelligent, fair variable fee EPR system for fashion.

Sustainable Retail Award – Datitude x QSA Partners & WEFT
Another shortlist for the ground-breaking EPR (extended producer responsibility) Sandbox project.
The fashion industry wants a fair, balanced and workable EPR model that drives systemic change – change that goes beyond recycling and waste collection toward circular design, and that can be easily adopted by retailers and drive better circular fashion outcomes.

Leveraging cutting-edge data modelling and real market data, this initiative is paving the way for a more sustainable fashion future.
This project has already been “Highly Commended” for Sustainable Retail Innovation in the RTIH (Retail Technology Innovation Hub) Innovation Awards 2024.
